We compare each hosting provider by an array of criteria, we discuss how we find GTXGaming’s review score.
While we tested and reviewed GTXGaming we noted some important features. GTXGaming comes across our best sections as a decently cheap option.
GTXGaming was founded in 2007 by UK Gamer Matthew Griffin and wanted to provide game server hosting customers the best user experience and support they could come across.
GTXGaming’s customer support isn’t generally on par with some of the other hosting providers like Host Havoc and SurvivalServers. But when we asked some basic questions to the customer support they replied within good time, with straight forward answers.
When we talk about their control panel, it’s decent and they have a fantastic mobile control panel which you can control your server and modify it just on your mobile, we’ll go into detail this down below.
As for server locations, they don’t aline where their server locations are based, however, they mention on their website they cover these areas:
- North America
- South America
So pretty much every single continent on the planet is covered by GTXGaming and the server locations have 10Gbps connections and decent low pings.
Overall, GTXGaming offers a brilliant service with decent prices, advanced panel features, server locations and more.

GTXGaming Reviews from Customers
Ippoc: I use them on my server at the moment. They will react within minutes when I make a ticket. The server is really well running. I think the customer service workers are quite rude, even though.
Ryan53: Used them for a while now, decent customer service, although can be rude depending on time. Decent performance, moderate service overall.
SirAce3: Used them for a while and had problem after problem, switched to SurvivalServers, then contiuned onto having no problems with SS.
ICEPOC: With these guys, don’t bother. They’re going to blame you for it all and literally steal your money.
